FAQ's
Where are you located?
We’re a US-based brand, and our tees are printed right here in the USA
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we don't ship internationally.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. When your order ships you'll get a tracking email, so you can follow it to your door, obsessively or not, your call.
How long until I get my order?
Each tee is printed for you after you order, so it takes about 4 days to make, then 2–5 days with USPS. Made to order means no overproduction and no warehouse of unsold shirts - just yours, made when you ask for it.
What materials are your products made of?
Our tees are printed on Comfort Colors 1717 which is a heavyweight, garment-dyed ring-spun cotton with a soft, broken-in feel. Substantial enough to last, comfortable enough for training days, rest days, and everything in between.
How do the shirts fit?
Comfort Colors 1717 runs true to size with a relaxed, slightly boxy fit - roomier than a fitted athletic tee. If you're between sizes or prefer a closer fit, size down. Full measurements are on each product page.
What if it's not right?
If it arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll refund or replace it - no fuss. Because everything's made to order, we can't take change-of-mind returns, so please check the size guide and color before you order, and email us if you're unsure. We're actual people and we'll help.
How should I care for my tee?
To keep it looking its best: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Skip the iron directly on the print. That's it — no special treatment required.
Comfort Colors garment-dyed tees are meant to soften and settle with wear, so a little fading over time is part of the character, not a fault. Look after it and it'll be in your rotation for years.
